Remember when Pharrell wore Smokey’s hat to the 2014 Grammys? At this year’s Shorty Awards, Smokey Bear took Silver for real-time content marketing.

Also, AT&T’s It Can Wait anti-texting and driving campaign that we built the site for working with Omelet received honorable mentions in best multi-platform, best social good campaign and best use of a hashtag.

We’re working with R/GA and the Ad Council on Love Has No Labels, a campaign to promote inclusion and diversity. We’re so excited about the support this video has received with over 45 million views and counting! If you haven’t seen any x-ray skeletons dancing and kissing on your newsfeed yet, click here to watch the PSA and share it with your friends if you agree that #LoveHasNoLabels.

Don’t miss it! Sunday, March 8th at 8/7c: Comedy Central, Jon Stewart and New York Collaborates for Autism are back again for a Night of Too Many Stars. Steve Carell, Paul Rudd, Louis C.K., Amy Schumer, Susan Sarandon and many more will come together for a great cause at this live telethon. We’ll be covering this event for NYCA to support programs for autism and will tell you how you can join the stars to get involved, too! #starsforautism

Did you know that nearly half of Americans don’t recycle their bathroom products? We are so happy to be a part of Keep America Beautiful‘s new PSAs, encouraging more recycling in the bathroom. Find out how to give your shampoo bottle a new life at IWanttoBeRecycled.org.

Will we be seeing you in Austin? Hang out with us at South by Southwest and stop by our mixer!

We wrote an article for the Ad Council’s AdLibbing blog talking about how to use social media to connect with folks who aren’t already using social media as it relates to our work on the EveryoneOn digital literacy campaign.  Seems impossible but HelpGood is doing it right now with the help of some cats.

Today, June 21st 2012, is the United Way Day of Action, marking United Way’s 125th Anniversary.  Join volunteers from across the country in creating change to improve America’s education, income, and health.

In an effort to raise awareness, people are being encouraged to tweet today using the same hashtags #liveunited and #iamthechange. Highlight how you help your local community.  Here are some examples:

  • I give to the causes I care about. #iamthechange #LIVEUNITED
  • I advocate for the issues that matter to my community. #iamthechange #LIVEUNITED
  • I volunteer with @UnitedWay to make a difference in my community. #iamthechage #LIVEUNITED
